THE STORY BEHIND…

Enter the Garden of Earthly Delights, photographed in a crumbling church in the centre of London, Paulina took this opportunity to visually interpret the first beings on our ethereal world, specifically the personas of Cain and Abel, children of Eve. But who is Cain and who is Abel? The dead or the damned? It’s up to the viewer to decide for themselves. With each edition Paulina paints over the bodies and faces of the character, on one hand transforming them into original works of art and on the other hand each piece arrives with its own varying clues and interpretations.
